Celebrating Inclusivity

As International Women’s Day approaches, we’re proud to share our ongoing efforts to achieve gender balance and foster a supportive environment for all employees at MiCiM

Our DE&I committee is actively working to support women in construction, implementing internal changes to promote inclusivity. We’ve updated document templates to remove gender-specific language, replacing terms like “foreman,” “workmanship,” “manlift,” “tradesman,” and others. Additionally, we’re collaborating with new PPE suppliers to provide female-specific cuts and maternity wear, ensuring greater comfort for our female team members on project sites. While these initiatives mark significant progress, we’re committed to continuous improvement and creating an inclusive environment for individuals of all genders in the construction industry.
