Our delivery teams all have a Main Contracting background, with many years of experience between them and all specialising in the Mission Critical / Data Centre field. We are familiar with all forms of contract and have undertaken both minor works, carrying out critical plant replacements working in a live environment, and significant fit-out projects as the Main Contractor. We have strong, ISO accredited processes that ensure we deliver a quality product on time, safely and economically. We have always adopted a collaborative approach as outlined in our mission statement and this coupled with our experience managing highly technical projects results in successful delivery for our clients. We are a member of the Considerate Constructor Scheme and all of our projects in the UK are registered with the scheme helping to raise the image of construction with the general public. This also benefits our clients by ensuring that the work areas and client’s site are maintained in a clean, tidy and well-ordered condition, minimising the impact of noise and dust. Where BREEAM or LEED accreditation for the building is required we have experience in delivering the targeted construction phase points.
