MiCiM provide focused, end to end project management and construction delivery services, specialising in the Data Centre and Mission Critical sectors. We work with our clients to develop their best-in-class facilities in an open, honest and collaborative manner.
We are looking for a hands-on Head of Finance to take ownership of accounting and financial operations across the MiCiM Group. The Head of Finance will lead and shape our finance team of 3, and be part a key part of an innovative business as we continue to grow.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will manage & develop a growing team and take responsibility for all financial reporting, financial control and technical accounting advice for the wider business.
You will be responsible for reporting, producing accurate monthly accounts, reviewing the financial accounts for the subsidiaries, and providing the supporting commentary and analysis.
A qualified accountant with experience of producing monthly management accounts, who thrives on problem-solving and providing sound financial advice.
You have experience of successfully leading a finance team and strong commercial awareness.
You are an effective communicator with the ability to develop effective working relationships.
