MEP Manager

MiCiM provide focused, end to end project management and construction delivery services, specialising in the Data Centre and Mission Critical sectors. We work with our clients to develop their best-in-class facilities in an open, honest, and collaborative manner.

We are looking for a technically strong MEP Manager to oversee & manage the delivery of MEP aspects on complex construction projects in the UK or Europe.

The Role:

  • Working closely with the Project Lead, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of MEP aspects on Data Centre or other Critical Infrastructure construction projects.
  • Delivering excellent client service and product in line with the project goals.
  • Leading and managing the MEP team, working collaboratively with subcontractor, design teams and client.
  • Producing high quality reports for monthly project review meetings.
  • Ensuring projects are completed to the highest quality, on or ahead of programme.

 

About you:

  • You will already have experience of delivering packages into large scale projects and a strong M&E background.
  • Previous exposure to Data Centre, Laboratory, Clean Room, Energy or other Critical Infrastructure projects would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with people at all levels.
