This year in a bid to bring more innovation and improve the way we work on-site, MiCiM has implemented a new tool for project sites; 1breadcrumb which integrates with our preferred document control system Procore.
1breadcrumb allows us to minimise paper usage on our project sites, by managing various processes online through an app including:
- Site inductions
- Access control
- Live permits
- RAMS
- Site alerts
To name just a few of its functions, we are implementing 1breadcrumb across all our construction projects to streamline time on site with efficient online inductions and checks priors to arriving at a project location, it enables us to have accurate recordings and logs access, it digitises the permit process and RAMs sign off, enabling more efficient recording of records.
As a business, the system will allow us to anticipate and control risks across all our projects from one source of truth, a valuable tool for us as we grow internationally.
