Office & HR Co-ordinator

MiCiM provide focused, end to end project management and construction delivery services, specialising in the Data Centre and Mission Critical sectors. We work with our clients to develop their best-in-class facilities in an open, honest, and collaborative manner.

We are looking for someone proactive & organised to ensure the smooth running of our busy head office and provide administrative support to our HR team.

As first point of contact you will meet and greet visitors, manage phone and email enquiries and liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers.

This would suit a friendly, people-person who enjoys a varied role.

The Role:

  • Responsible for office supplies, equipment & facilities
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers regarding office utilities and equipment.
  • Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for office operations.
  • Coordinate meetings for Senior Management team & organise refreshments.
  • Supervise the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, including meeting rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms.
  • Support the Head of HR with administration relating to the full employee life cycle
  • Issue offers of employment and new starter paperwork including background and reference checks.
  • Lead onboarding processes for staff and their inductions, ensuring all internal systems have been set-up ready for use upon joining.
  • Support with work permit and visa applications for staff working internationally.
  • Maintain staff training matrix, ensuring all training records are kept up to date on our training platform, arranging training courses as required and raising purchase orders.

About You:

  • Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills
  • An expert multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Desire to work in a fun and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
  • Previous Office Management and HR experience would be an advantage.
  • Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
