For the second year in a row, MiCiM is sponsoring the Women in Construction Networking Lounge at London Build on November 16th from 2:30pm – 4:30pm.
This is a really interesting event where like-minded women who work in such a male-dominated environment can unite and network alongside our male allies.
We want to continually support the ambition of creating gender equality within the construction industry and our commitment to doing so is at the core of our values. We will achieve this by supporting, promoting, and championing women in our workplace, providing equal opportunities for all. MiCiM promotes a culture of inclusion, respect, opportunity, and dignity, as part of our vision of becoming the employer of choice for females looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the construction industry.
Most of our female employees will be in attendance, alongside our leadership team who are all looking forward to networking at the event. We look forward to meeting and chatting with like-minded individuals.
