02 Mar NTT’s London 1 Data Centre in Dagenham achieves BREEAM rating!
The overall lead Project Management Delivery Team from MiCiM (Mission Critical Management) are delighted to confirm that this challenging project has achieved the rating of “Excellent” from BREEAM.
“MiCiM’s experienced and professional team have managed the Main Contractor and the quality of the Sub-Contractors, from initial design through to final completion so this is a brilliant achievement and well deserved” said Nick Russell – MiCiM’s Project Director based on site. “This was a highly complex datacentre fit-out and gaining this recognition is a real accolade for all involved!”
The “Excellent” rating awarded by BREEAM, is equivalent to the American LEED V4.1 rating for Datacentres and is a significant attainment, evaluating the procurement, design, construction and operation of a project based against performance benchmarks and is recognised Worldwide.
